# Add Work order Resolution

`POST /workorders/{workorderId}/resolution`

Adds Resolution to Work order. Returns Resolution Id for successful request.

  - `Resolution` string
  - `Actor` string

## Response `201`

Indicates that the request succeeded and that the requested information is in the response.

- ServiceChannelServicesWebApiModelsResponseWorkOrderUpdateWorkOrderResolutionResponse: Object containing the details of the modified work order resolution.
  - `id` integer: Unique work order resolution identifier.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - the request could not be understood or was missing required parameters. <br/>Error codes: <br/> 100 - User has no permissions to perform this action; <br/> 502 - Work order is not found; <br/> 503 - Request data is empty; <br/> 904 - Work Order is in status that not allow to perform this action; <br/> 933 - Workorder is on hold, no actions allowed;
- `401`: Indicates that the requested resource requires authentication. <br/>Error codes: <br/> 504 - API call rejected by security permissions;
- `500`: Indicates that a generic error has occurred on the server.
