# Update the status of refrigerant use on a work order

`PUT /workorders/{workorderId}/markRefrigerantUse`

Updates the status of refrigerant use on the specified work order.
            <br />Set the `refrigerantWasUsed` parameter to either `true` or `false` to mark whether refrigerant was used on the service request or not.

- `actor` string

## Response `204`

The status of refrigerant use on the specified work order is updated.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not accepted due to bad syntax, missing parameters, insufficient data, etc.
- `401`: The requested resource requires authentication.<br/><br/>Error codes:<br/>504 — API call rejected by security permissions
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist on the server.
