# Get resolution codes

`GET /resolutionCodes`

## Request

Returns a list of resolution codes. Resolution codes are set up for trades and describe actions that a technician takes to resolve a problem upon working on a service request.

## Response `200`

Resolution codes are in the response.

- ServiceChannelServicesWebApiModelsResponseResolutionCodesResolutionCodeResponse[]
  - `Key` integer: Resolution code identifier.
  - `Value` string: Resolution code name.
  - `HasFreeText` boolean: Defines whether a user can enter a comment explaining their understanding of the resolution code and specifying what was done on site to solve the issue.
  - `Order` integer: Order of appearance of a resolution code.
  - `AssetCategoryIds` integer[]: Asset category ID. A value populates only if two or more categories are specified in assetCategoryIds in the filter.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not accepted due to bad syntax, missing parameters, insufficient data, etc. <br/>Error codes: 4113 — You can specify up to 5 asset categories
- `401`: The request is not authorized. <br/>Error codes: 504 — API call rejected by security permissions
- `403`: You are not authorized to request this resource, or the resource is unavailable for some reason. <br/>Error codes: 4114 — You don't have access to asset categories
- `500`: The server was unable to complete the request due to an internal error.
