Assigns a user to an existing MLP level. Get a username by sending the [GET /users](https://developer.servicechannel.com/swagger/index.html#/Users/GETv3_users%3FsubscriberId%3D%7BsubscriberId%7D%26startIndex%3D%7BstartIndex%7D%26maxCount%3D%7BmaxCount%7D%26userFilterType%3D%7BuserFilterType%7D%26feedRolesFilter%5B0%5D%3D%7BfeedRolesFilter%5B0%5D%7D%26feedRolesFilter%5B1%5D%3D%7BfeedRolesFilter%5B1%5D%7D%26includeMliInfo%3D%7BincludeMliInfo%7D%26includeMlpInfo%3D%7BincludeMlpInfo%7D%26includeTotalCount%3D%7BincludeTotalCount%7D) request.
<br />Once you assign a user to an MLP level, you can assign a location to the user and MLP level by using the [PUT /proposals/AssignLocationToMlpUser](https://developer.servicechannel.com/swagger/index.html#/Proposals/PUTv3_proposals_AssignLocationToMlpUser%3FuserName%3D%7BuserName%7D%26location%3D%7Blocation%7D) method.
<br />***Note***: Each user can be added to only one MLP level. If a user should be assigned to another level, you first need to [remove this user from the MLP level](https://developer.servicechannel.com/swagger/index.html#/Proposals/PUTv3_proposals_RemoveUserFromMlpLevel%3FuserName%3D%7BuserName%7D) they currently belong to.
