# Upload a checklist response attachment to the storage

`POST /checklists/ChecklistResponse/attachments`

## Response `200`

File successfully uploaded to storage. The document path is returned in the response.

- ServiceChannelServicesWebApiModelsResponseChecklistsChecklistResponsesUploadedAttachmentResponse: Uploaded file information.
  - `DocumentPath` string: Document path in the storage.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not accepted due to bad syntax, missing parameters, insufficient data, etc. <br/>Error codes: 503 - Bad request, 503 - No checklist response attachment to upload.
- `401`: The request is not authorized. <br/>Error codes: 504 — API call rejected by security permissions
- `500`: The server was unable to complete the request due to an internal error.
