# Delete multiple guides

`DELETE /api/v1/guides`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.serpmantics.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.serpmantics.com/api/v1/guides`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes multiple guides at once

## Request body

- object
  - `guideIds` string[], required: Array of guide IDs to delete

## Response `200`

Guides successfully deleted

- object
  - `success` boolean
  - `deletedCount` number

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - Missing or invalid guide IDs
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid token or user doesn't own guides
- `500`: Server error - Failed to delete guides
- `503`: Service temporarily unavailable: the database could not be reached while authenticating the request. Possible on EVERY authenticated endpoint. Your API key is NOT in question: do not regenerate or revoke it. Retry after the number of seconds given by the `Retry-After` header. Never returned as 401, 403, 404 or 410.
