Disbursement details

- Disbursement
  - `disbursement` object, required
    - `state` 'in_review' | 'publishing' | 'published' | 'disbursed' | 'balanced', required: State of the disbursement: `in_review` while it is being prepared, `publishing` and `published` once it is sent to the merchant, `disbursed` once it is paid out, and `balanced` once it is balanced (only for merchants with balanced disbursements).
    - `issue_date` string, date, required: The date when this disbursement was issued. Disbursements become available immediately after they are issued.
    - `to_date` string, date, required: The disbursement does not include any orders that were shipped (for the first time) after this date.
    - `payout_date` string, date: The date when the disbursement was paid out. This date is not necessarily the same as the issue date. Present only for merchants without balanced disbursements.
    - `balanced_at` string, date-time, nullable: When the disbursement was balanced, as an ISO 8601 datetime, or `null` if it is not balanced yet. Present only for merchants with balanced disbursements.
    - `currency` string, required: The currency the disbursement is paid out in. Settlement and adjustment amounts are in the order currency, which can differ.
    - `reference` string, required: Unique identifier for the disbursement. Used in the bank transfer's concept field.
    - `path` string, required: The path part of the URL to fetch the disbursement details.
    - `disbursed_amount` integer, required: The total amount to be transferred, in cents of the disbursement `currency`, after fees, taxes and retentions.
    - `adjustments_with_tax` integer: Manual adjustments with tax, in cents of the order currency. They are already included in the total disbursement amount. Present only for merchants without balanced disbursements.
    - `adjustments` object[]: List of adjustments made for the disbursement. Present only for merchants without balanced disbursements.
      - `type` 'owed_by_merchant' | 'fee' | 'other', required: Type of the adjustment.
      - `amount` string, required: Amount of the adjustment, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `tax_amount` string, required: Tax amount of the adjustment, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
    - `settlements` object[], required: List of settlements made for the disbursement
      - `order_ref_1` string, required: The merchant's primary order id.
      - `order_ref_2` string: The merchant's secondary order id. Present only when the order has a secondary order id.
      - `order_date` string, date: Order confirmation date.
      - `amount_with_tax` integer, required: The amount (in cents of the order currency) which is settled through this settlement. A positive value corresponds with order value that has been delivered to the shopper, and SeQura will pay this amount to the merchant. A negative value corresponds with an order value that has been cancelled or returned from the shopper, and the value will be deducted from the sum of the positive values. The value might be 0 in two cases: 1. If the order was cancelled before being disbursed. Such orders will be included once in a disbursement report with a 0 value. 2. If the order has been subject to _retention_ of part of its value and this retention is now being released. The 0 here signals that there has been no change in delivered order value, and the value in the `retention` field signals the amount being released.
      - `cost_of_credit` string: Non-taxable cost of credit for the merchant, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `maximum_amount_with_tax` integer: The maximum value (in cents of the order currency) that SeQura has registered for the order until the disbursement. This might be used to calculate service fees. Note that this value is only guaranteed to be present in the first settlement for an order. Subsequent settlements might omit it, meaning that SeQura has not recalculated its service cost for the order.
      - `product_name` string, required: SeQura product name used for the order.
      - `instalment_count` string: Number of instalments of the order, as a decimal string (e.g. `3.0`). Present only when the merchant pays the instalment fees.
      - `fixed_fee` string: Applied fixed fee for the settlement, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `variable_fee` string: Applied variable fee for the settlement, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `shopper_fee` string: Shopper fee (excluding VAT) included in the cart, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `fee_vat` string: Applied VAT for all the fees, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string.
      - `vat_percentage` string: VAT percentage applied to all the fees, as a decimal string (e.g. `21.0`).
      - `retention` string: In some cases, SeQura will retain part of the order value until certain conditions are met. In major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string. The retention has negative sign when applied and positive when released.
      - `withholding` string: Amount withheld from the settlement while a withholding is pending on the order, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string. Negative when withheld and positive when released.
      - `shipment_ref` string: The shipment to which the settlement applies, if `shipment_ref` has been supplied by the merchant.
      - `ticket_ref` string: Deprecated. The ticket to which the settlement applies. Present only when the merchant supplied a `ticket_ref`.
      - `shop_ref` string: Deprecated. The physical shop of the settlement: the shop of the ticket when `ticket_ref` matches a ticket, otherwise the shop of the order. Present only when it is known.
      - `renting_factoring_fee` string: Factoring fee applied to subscription orders with flexible factoring model, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string. This fee is charged by SeQura for financing the subscription. For reverse invoicing subscriptions, this field will be `"0.0"`.
      - `merchant_discount` string: Merchant discount applied to subscription orders with reverse invoicing model, in major units (not cents) of the order currency, as a decimal string. For flexible factoring subscriptions, this field will be `"0.0"`.
