Create a Stripe Checkout session to upgrade your plan. Send JSON:
{"email": "...", "tier": "basic", "interval": "month"}. `interval` is "month" (default)
or "year": a year is billed as 10 months (2 months free) and the plan's allowances stay
monthly.
