List this key's citation trackers.

`usage` reports the month and any top-up: `checks_limit`, `checks_used` and
`checks_remaining` are the plan's monthly allowance; `topup_checks_remaining` is the
purchased balance (spent only after the month's checks, never reset, expires 12 months
after purchase: `topup_next_expiry`); `checks_available` is what a run can spend now.
The same block is on `GET /usage` as `citations`.
