Report the result of a publish operation.

Called by the WordPress plugin after attempting to publish a post.

  - `blog_id` integer, required: SEOPro blog ID
  - `success` boolean, required: Whether publish was successful
  - `wordpress_post_id` integer, nullable: WordPress post ID if successful
  - `published_url` string, nullable: Published URL if successful
  - `status` string, nullable: Post status (publish, draft, etc.)
  - `error_message` string, nullable: Error message if failed
