# Shopify Shop Redact Webhook

## Request

Mandatory compliance webhook (shop/redact), sent 48 hours after uninstall.

Erases the shop-derived fields we store (store name, access token, blog
id), not just the token. A still-valid legacy manual token is spared: it
was issued by the merchant's own custom app, keeps working after our app
is uninstalled, and wiping it would sever an integration the customer
configured independently of the OAuth app this webhook is about.
