`GET /dashboard/integrations`

## Request

Serve the integrations management UI.

Mirrors the auth pattern of /dashboard: if there's no session, bounce
to /dashboard/login (which kicks off the Keycloak flow). We use a
redirect here rather than HTTPException(401) because this endpoint
is meant to be browsed to directly — a JSON error would be a
confusing experience.
