`GET /dashboard/api/audit`

Return the authenticated user's own recent audit entries.

Served from the retained Postgres store when available (user-scoped),
so this mirrors the durable trace the admin panel has — the correlation
ids (hub/mcp request, conversation ref, transport, client, sentinel
context) travel with each entry. Still metadata only: never the command
text, script body, path, or any payload. Filtered strictly to this user's
activity; a user never sees anyone else's -- except, with host sharing on,
what members did on the hosts this user shared with them (trimmed rows,
actor=member + actor_email; see storage.audit). host_id is enriched with the
user's label/hostname so the UI can show a friendly name instead of the
opaque id.
