# Get a prompt

`GET /org/prompts/{promptId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/prompts/{promptId}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns one prompt with its tags and its full generation-run history — every run's model answer, the mentions and competitors detected, and the claims with their citations. Requires the GEO product.

The prompt with its run history.

- OrgPromptDetailResponse: A prompt with its tags and full generation-run history.

  - `org_id` string, uuid: The owning organization — always your own org on this endpoint.
  - `text` string, required
  - `type` string, required: Funnel stage. Currently one of `decision`, `consideration`, `awareness`, or `evaluation`.
  - `geo_pool_id` string, uuid
  - `scope` string, required: `org` for an organization-owned prompt or `network` for one shared across the org's network. Always `org` on this endpoint — network prompts are not readable here.
  - `tags` TagResponse[], required
    - `id` string, uuid, required

    - `curated` boolean, required: True = part of the org's working vocabulary; false = machine-minted (from search queries), awaiting adoption.
    - `prompt_count` integer: Prompts carrying this tag.

    - `generated_content_count` integer: Generated content carrying this tag.
    - `generated_draft_count` integer: Generated drafts carrying this tag.

    - `kb_search_message_count` integer: Search queries carrying this tag.

    - `target_sov` number: Share of voice (0–100) for your organization in this run's answer.
    - `target_rank` integer: Your organization's rank among mentioned organizations in this run.
    - `target_sentiment` number: Sentiment score for your organization in this run.
    - `is_latest` boolean, required: Whether this is the most recent run for the prompt.
    - `evals` OrgPromptRunMentionResponse[], required: Every organization mention detected in the answer — your organization and competitors alike, distinguished by each item's `is_target_org`.

      - `org` string, required: The mentioned organization's name.
      - `text` string, required: The span of the answer that mentions the organization.
      - `rank` integer: The rank position of this mention when the answer ranks organizations; omitted when unranked.
      - `sentiment` string: Sentiment of the mention — `positive`, `negative`, or `neutral`.
      - `is_target_org` boolean, required: True when the mention is your organization.
    - `claims` OrgPromptRunClaimResponse[], required: Claims extracted from the answer, with citations.

      - `order` integer, required: The claim's position within the answer.
      - `sentiment` string: Overall sentiment of the claim.
      - `target_mentioned` boolean: Whether your organization is mentioned in this claim.

        - `source_url` string: The cited URL.
        - `citation_type` string, required: The run-level citation classification — `primary`, `tracked`, `secondary`, or `none` (legacy rows may carry `mixed`).
        - `order` integer, required: The citation's position within the claim.
    - `competitors` OrgPromptRunMentionResponse[], required: The non-target subset of `evals` — the mentions where `is_target_org` is false. These items also appear in `evals`; do not concatenate the two arrays.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed — a bad path/query parameter or an invalid value.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist or is not visible to this key.
