# Get a file download URL

`GET /org/kb/nodes/{id}/download-url`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/kb/nodes/{id}/download-url`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns short-lived presigned URLs for the file backing a document node — one for inline viewing and one that forces a download — plus the file's name, type, and size. Pass `?version=<n>` to target a specific version.

## Response `200`

Presigned download URLs for the node's file.

- ContentDownloadURLResponse: Presigned URLs and metadata for downloading a document node's file.
  - `url` string, required: Presigned URL that renders the file inline (e.g. in a browser).
  - `download_url` string, required: Presigned URL that forces a download (Content-Disposition attachment).
  - `filename` string, required: Original file name of the stored document.
  - `content_type` string, required: MIME type of the stored file.
  - `file_size_bytes` integer, required: Size of the file in bytes.
  - `expiry_utc_ms` integer, required: Unix epoch time in milliseconds when the presigned URLs expire.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed — a bad path/query parameter or an invalid value.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist or is not visible to this key.
