# Clear the org default CTA template

`DELETE /org/ctas/default`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/ctas/default`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Removes the default flag so that no template is the org default. Live content items that were inheriting the default switch to `none`, and their `citeables` pages drop the CTA; items that are not live keep `default`, which resolves to no template until a default is set again. Succeeds even when no default was set. Requires the GEO product.

## Response `200`

No template is the org default any more.

  - `cleared` boolean, required: Always true — the setting was cleared.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed — a bad path/query parameter or an invalid value.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist or is not visible to this key.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the current state (e.g. a duplicate).
- `503`: The service is temporarily unavailable — retry later.
