# Delete a CTA template

`DELETE /org/ctas/{ctaId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/ctas/{ctaId}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Deletes a CTA template. The org default cannot be deleted (`409`) — clear or change the default first. Content items pinned to the deleted template fall back to `default`; live pages already carrying it keep it until they are next published. Requires the GEO product.

## Path parameters

- `ctaId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

The template was deleted.

- DeletedResponse
  - `deleted` boolean, required: Always true — the record was deleted.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed — a bad path/query parameter or an invalid value.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist or is not visible to this key.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the current state (e.g. a duplicate).
- `503`: The service is temporarily unavailable — retry later.
