# Get content verification counts

`GET /org/content/verification/counts`

## Request

Returns content counts by verification status (draft, published, rejected, pending-published-draft) plus a per-publisher rollup across all published content. Requires the GEO product.

## Response `200`

The verification counts.

  - `draft_count` integer, required
  - `published_count` integer, required

    - `publisher_id` string, uuid, required
    - `publisher_name` string, required

    - `item_count` integer, required: Distinct content items currently live at this publisher.
    - `citation_rate` number: **Citation Coverage for this publisher, despite the field name** — the name is kept for backward compatibility, but the metric is not a Citation Rate. `citation_numerator / citation_denominator`, expressed as a percentage on a **0–100** scale rather than a 0–1 fraction. Absent when the denominator was zero: no answer in the window carried a citation, so there was nothing to measure against. Not measured, never measured as zero.
    - `citation_numerator` integer, required: Distinct **answers** in the window that cited one of this organization's own published pages at this publisher. Answer grain — an answer citing three of your pages here counts once, not three times. Matched at the full page-URL level, so pages other organizations publish on a shared domain never count toward it.
    - `citation_denominator` integer, required: **`D`** — distinct answers in the window that carried at least one citation of any tier, across all of this organization's monitored prompts. This is the canonical Citation Coverage denominator: not all runs, not answered (non-empty) runs, and not a count of citation instances.
    - `citation_window_days` integer, required: Length of the trailing window both counts are taken over, in days. Currently 30.
    - `citation_missing_days_excluded` boolean, required: True when days with no monitoring runs were left out of the window rather than counted as zeros. They contribute nothing to either count, so a gap in monitoring cannot silently drag the coverage down.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed — a bad path/query parameter or an invalid value.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
