# Submit a content-generation sample job

`POST /org/content-generation/sample`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/content-generation/sample`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Submits an asynchronous sample-generation job for a single prompt and content type, and returns the job id plus its initial status. Poll `GET /org/content-generation/sample-jobs/{sample_job_id}` to retrieve the result. Requires the GEO product.

## Request body

- ContentGenerationSampleRequest
  - `geo_question_id` string, uuid, required: The prompt (geo question) to generate a sample for.
  - `content_type_id` string, uuid, required: The content type to generate.
  - `publish_destination` string: Optional destination key to target for the sample.

## Response `202`

The sample job was accepted.

- ContentGenerationSampleJobSubmitResponse
  - `message` string, required: Human-readable acceptance message.
  - `sample_job_id` string, uuid, required: The id of the submitted sample job (poll it for status).
  - `org_id` string, uuid, required: The organization the job belongs to.
  - `status` 'queued' | 'running' | 'completed' | 'failed' | 'expired', required: The job's lifecycle status. A newly submitted job starts as `queued`.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request body was invalid — either it failed field validation (`ValidationErrorResponse`) or was otherwise malformed (`ErrorResponse`).
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `403`: The API key is authenticated but not permitted to access this resource.
