# Revoke the calling API key

`POST /org/api-keys/self/revoke`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://apiv2.senso.ai/api/v1/org/api-keys/self/revoke`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Revokes the API key this request authenticated with, immediately and permanently. The key is identified from the request's own credential and no id is accepted, so a key can revoke only itself and never another key. Use it to end a session when a key is no longer needed, for example when signing out of a CLI. Any request made with the key afterwards is rejected with 401. Revoking other keys is done in the dashboard.

## Response `204`

The key was revoked. No content.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials — supply a valid org API key in the `X-API-Key` header.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist or is not visible to this key.
