`GET /api/v1/layers/catalog`

Authenticated endpoint returning the layer stack, recommended open/free providers, cadence, license notes, output fields, and request-time cache policy.

  - `requests_today` integer: Authenticated requests used today by the account across all active Senlay API keys.
  - `daily_limit` integer: Account-level daily allowance shared across all active Senlay API keys.
