# Get the transcript status of a campaign video

`GET /v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/campaigns/{campaignId}/transcript/status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-gw.sendspark.com`
- URL: `https://api-gw.sendspark.com/v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/campaigns/{campaignId}/transcript/status`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key` and API key in header `x-api-secret`

Reports whether a campaign video has a transcript and whether it is ready to read. It never starts a transcription, so it is safe to poll, and a campaign that never had one returns `none` rather than an error.

- `workspaceId` string, required
- `campaignId` string, required

## Response `200`

The current transcript status.

  - `campaignId` string
  - `status` 'none' | 'processing' | 'ready' | 'failed': `none` — no transcript was ever requested. `processing` — one is being produced. `ready` — it can be read. `failed` — generation did not succeed.
  - `language` string, nullable
  - `source` 'master' | 'prospect', nullable
  - `generatedAt` string, date-time, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request — `workspaceId` or `campaignId` is not a valid Sendspark ID.
- `401`: Unauthorized — the API key or secret is missing, invalid or revoked.
- `404`: Not Found — the campaign does not exist, or it belongs to another workspace. The two cases are deliberately indistinguishable.
- `503`: Service Unavailable — the transcript status could not be read.
