`GET /api/v1/audit-log`

List API audit log entries for the current tenant.

Returns paginated, sanitized records of API calls made against this tenant.
Sorted by most recent first.

**Required Scopes:** `settings:admin`

## Query parameters

- `method` string, nullable: Filter by HTTP method (GET, POST, etc.)
- `status_code` integer, nullable: Filter by status code
- `path` string, nullable: Filter by path (partial match)
- `start_date` string, date-time, nullable: Filter from date (ISO 8601)
- `end_date` string, date-time, nullable: Filter to date (ISO 8601)
- `page` integer: Page number
- `page_size` integer: Items per page
