# List templates

`GET /api/templates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sendly.now`
- URL: `https://api.sendly.now/api/templates`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `better-auth.session_token`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://app.sendly.now/api/auth/oauth2/authorize`, token URL `https://app.sendly.now/api/auth/oauth2/token`, scopes: `templates:read`)

Cursor-paginated list of templates. Use `search` for full-text-ish filtering on name/description/subject.

Requires the `templates:read` scope — View your email templates.

- TemplateListResponse: Cursor-paginated list of templates.
  - `data` object, required
    - `cursor` string: Cursor for the next page; omitted on the last page.
    - `data` Template[], required
      - `body` string, required
      - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 datetime string
      - `currentVersion` integer, required: Version counter, incremented by an update that changes the rendered content. A campaign records the version it sent, so this is how a caller tells 'the template changed since' from 'the template was renamed'.
      - `description` string, nullable
      - `emailCategory` 'MARKETING' | 'TRANSACTIONAL' | 'SELF_MANAGED_UNSUBSCRIBE', required
      - `from` string, email, required

## Other responses
