`GET /lists`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Required scope: `contacts:read` or `contacts:write`.

## Response `200`

Lists with member count.

- ListList
  - `data` List[], required
    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `createdAt` string, date-time
    - `contacts` integer

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid token.
- `403`: Insufficient scope.
