`GET /contacts`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Paginated list with search and filters. Required scope: `contacts:read` or `contacts:write`.

## Query parameters

- `tagId` string, uuid

- `status` 'subscribed' | 'unsubscribed' | 'unknown'
- `page` integer
- `pageSize` integer

## Response `200`

Page of contacts.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid token.
- `403`: Insufficient scope.
