Return leg for Synchronex CEO approvals of a sendinel.campaign.recommendation signal. Requires a service API key with the service:provision scope; the request's synchronex_account_id must match the project's linked account. Applies the underlying start_campaign or end_campaign agent_proposal.

## Other responses

- `403`: Missing service:provision scope, or synchronex_account_id does not match the project's linked account
