# Send an outbound channel message through the account-scoped transport

`POST /channels/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sendinel.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://sendinel.ai/api/v1/channels/send`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://sendinel.ai/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://sendinel.ai/oauth/token`)

## Request body

- object
  - `accountId` string, uuid, required
  - `to` object, required: Exactly one of contactId, handle, or broadcastListId
    - `contactId` string
    - `handle` string
    - `broadcastListId` string
  - `body` string, required
  - `clientMessageId` string, required
  - `attachments` object[]: Optional for SMS. WhatsApp and Telegram attachment delivery is not implemented yet.

## Response `200`

Message accepted or idempotently returned
