# Run the campaign portfolio review

`POST /campaigns/review`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sendinel.ai/api/v1`
- URL: `https://sendinel.ai/api/v1/campaigns/review`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://sendinel.ai/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://sendinel.ai/oauth/token`)

Evaluates every campaign in the project for completeness, dormancy, redundancy, and effectiveness, optionally raising agent_proposals (start_campaign / end_campaign / modify_campaign) and emitting sendinel.campaign.recommendation signals to Synchronex.

## Request body

  - `dry_run` boolean: Compute findings only, without raising proposals.
  - `dormant_draft_days` integer
  - `abandoned_days` integer

## Response `200`

Review results and any proposals raised
