## Request

Stores a project-scoped Synchronex context event and may translate it into reviewable AI work items and approval-gated proposals.

Duplicate idempotency key; existing context event returned

## Other responses

- `201`: Context event accepted and translated into AI work

- `403`: Admin scope required
- `422`: Invalid context event payload
