# Fetch one canonical property record

Returns one property without downloading the bulk catalog. When available, the record includes confirmed same-property source links, access-check timestamps, listing registration details, and a separately reported Korean government-registry result. The social_proof field carries platform-separated Instagram video and Threads post metrics, observation timestamps, and linkage evidence when published content can be tied to the exact property.
