# Simulate funding of a sandbox fiat payment

`POST /v0/sandbox/orders/{id}/funding`

## Request

Sandbox only. Simulates receipt of the full quoted fiat amount for an unfunded fiat-to-crypto payment, up to 1000000 in the source currency. Settlement proceeds asynchronously; track the payment status and webhooks for completion. Read GET /v0/sandbox/deposit-currencies for supported currencies. Reuse the same Idempotency-Key on retries. Does not credit a virtual account or simulate a real bank transfer.

Test funding accepted. This does not confirm settlement.

## Other responses

- `400`: Unsupported payment or invalid funding amount.
- `401`: Authentication required.
- `404`: Order or sandbox operation unavailable.
- `409`: Order already funded or no longer awaiting funds.
