`GET /v0/industries/account-holder`

## Request

The industries an external account's `account_holder.industry` accepts on a bank account, as a bare array sorted by code: those usable as a payout destination on every route. A subset of `GET /v0/industries`, currently all of it; a code outside this list is rejected on bank account create and holder update. Unauthenticated.
