# List currencies

`GET /v0/currencies`

Every currency Seismic can trade, with the rails each settles over and the general minimum payment size on each leg of a quote, where one applies. Unauthenticated.

    - `currency` string, required
    - `kind` string, required: `fiat`, `stablecoin`, or `crypto`.
    - `rails` CurrencyRailEntry[], required
      - `direction` 'source' | 'destination' | 'both', required: Which leg of a quote a currency/rail pair may be used on. Reads across the whole platform: a pair is `both` as soon as value can move in over it and out over it, even when no single settlement path does both halves.
      - `min_amount` MinAmount: The general minimum payment size for a currency/rail pair, per quote leg. A bank country can carry its own. Fields without a minimum are omitted.
        - `destination` LegMinAmount: One leg's minimum, as decimal strings; a quote must clear every amount present. Fields without a minimum are omitted.
          - `native` string, nullable: In the pair's own currency, compared with the amount received without converting it. Only a `destination` leg carries one.
          - `usd` string, nullable: Valued in USD, compared with the amount received after fees.
        - `source` LegMinAmount: One leg's minimum, as decimal strings; a quote must clear every amount present. Fields without a minimum are omitted.
          - `native` string, nullable: In the pair's own currency, compared with the amount received without converting it. Only a `destination` leg carries one.
          - `usd` string, nullable: Valued in USD, compared with the amount received after fees.
