# Edit a draft or scheduled post

`PATCH /api/posts/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.seenpaid.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.seenpaid.com/authorize`, token URL `https://api.seenpaid.com/token`, scopes: `posts:write`)

Change a post's caption, its scheduled time, or both. Published posts cannot be edited.

  - `scheduledFor` string, date-time: Must be in the future.
