`POST /api/media/presign`

## Request

  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.seenpaid.com/authorize`, token URL `https://api.seenpaid.com/token`, scopes: `posts:write`)

Get a presigned URL to upload an image or video directly to storage before registering it as media.
