# Starting policies

`GET /policy/templates`

## Request

Balanced, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, client confidentiality, and one that refuses everything.

A template configures one control in one system. It is a starting point, not certification, and no template makes an organisation compliant with anything — every one carries that caveat with it.

## Response `200`

The list, without policy bodies.
