<Note>`pct` is a share of the measure named in `pct_basis`, usually gross rental income. A few REITs split their mix by segment (`basis_segment`), and they don't add up the same way: for some, each segment adds up to 100% on its own; for others, all segments together add up to 100%. So only compare `pct` within the same REIT and segment.</Note>
