One SGX REIT's biggest tenants for a financial year, in rank order.

<Note>`pct` is the tenant's share of whatever the REIT measures, named in `pct_basis`: usually gross rental income, sometimes gross revenue, headline rent or net property income. REITs measure differently, hence it's recommended to compare `pct` within one REIT rather than between REITs. A few REITs list tenants per segment, such as office and retail, in `basis_segment`. For those, `rank` runs across the whole list and `rank_in_segment` starts again at 1 in each segment.</Note>
