# SGX REIT Properties

`GET /v2/sgx/reits/properties/{symbol}/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sectors.app`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Every property one SGX REIT reported for a financial year, from the highest valuation down. Properties that were sold or are up for sale stay in the list, marked in `status`.

<Note>Valuation and revenue cover the whole property, even when the REIT owns only part of it. Multiply by `ownership` to get the REIT's share; `null` means unreported. Areas are in square metres, and `lease_term_years` is the original lease length, not what's left. An active property at 0% occupancy is usually being redeveloped or built.</Note>

- `400`: Invalid financial_year or unsupported query parameter.
- `404`: Not a covered SGX REIT, or no data for the requested financial year.
