# Full company report for an SGX-listed symbol

`GET /v2/sgx/company/report/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sectors.app`
- URL: `https://api.sectors.app/v2/sgx/company/report/`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

<Note>SGX symbol: 3-4 characters (letters or digits), optionally followed by `.SI` (case-insensitive) on input. E.g. `D05`, `U11`, `Z74`. Output always carries the `.SI` suffix.</Note>

Returns a comprehensive company report organized into distinct sections. Use `sections` to fetch only the data you need and reduce response size.

<Accordion title="Available sections">
- **overview**: Market cap, volume, sector, sub-sector, price changes (1d/7d/1m/1y/3y/ytd), all-time price highs/lows, listing date, registered address and website
- **valuation**: PE, PS, PCF, PB ratios
- **financials**: Historical revenue and earnings by year, EPS along with its yearly history and growth, margins, ratios
- **dividend**: Dividend yield, growth rate, payout ratio, historical dividends and any announced upcoming dividends
- **management**: Current directors and executives with their position, age and appointment date, together with former officers and the date they stepped down
- **ownership**: Major shareholders with their share count, ownership percentage and holding value in SGD

## Response `200`

Company report with requested sections.

- object: Only requested `sections` are present.
  - `symbol` string
  - `name` string
  - `overview` object: Market cap, volume, sector, sub-sector, price changes.
  - `valuation` object: PE, PB, PS, PCF ratios (TTM and historical).
  - `financials` object: Historical revenue/earnings, EPS, margins, ratios.
  - `dividend` object: Dividend history, yield, growth, payout ratio.
  - `management` object: Current and former directors and executives.
  - `ownership` object: Major shareholders and their holdings.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request (bad params or unknown section).
- `404`: Symbol not found — well-formed but absent from SGX data.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
