# Trifecta event summary

`GET /api/v1/observability/trifecta`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Summary counts of lethal-trifecta events within a rolling window. Requires the admin role.

## Query parameters

- `time_period` '24h' | '7d' | '30d'

## Response `200`

Trifecta summary

- TrifectaSummary
  - `total_events` integer, required: Total trifecta events in the time period
  - `blocked` integer, required
  - `pending` integer, required
  - `approved` integer, required
  - `time_period` string, required: Time period for the summary (e.g. '24h', '7d', '30d')

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was invalid
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: The caller's role is not permitted to perform this action
