# List Spend Log Users

`GET /management/v1/spend_logs/users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sea-lion.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: API key in header `x-litellm-api-key`

The distinct internal users appearing in spend logs the caller can read.

## Query parameters

- `filter[startTime][gte]` string, date-time, required: Window start (UTC when no offset is given)
- `filter[startTime][lte]` string, date-time, required: Window end (UTC when no offset is given)
- `q` string, nullable: Case-insensitive partial match on the internal user id
- `page` integer: Page number
- `page_size` integer: Page size

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- FacetListResponse: The distinct values one column takes over a filtered query. `data` holds bare values, not entity rows.
  - `data` string[], required
  - `meta` PageMeta, required: `has_more` rather than `total_count`, which would need a COUNT(*) over the whole match set per keystroke.
    - `page` integer, required
    - `page_size` integer, required
    - `has_more` boolean, required
  - `links` PageLinks, required: Hypermedia for a paginated list. No `first`/`last`: without a total count the last page is unknown.
    - `self` string, required
    - `prev` string, nullable
    - `next` string, nullable
