`POST /config_overrides/cyberark`

## Request

Update CyberArk Conjur secret manager configuration.
Sets environment variables, encrypts sensitive fields, and stores in DB.
Reinitializes the secret manager on this pod.

  - `cyberark_api_key` string, nullable: API key for Conjur API-key authentication
  - `cyberark_username` string, nullable: The Conjur username (login) to authenticate as
  - `refresh_interval` string, nullable: Auth token cache TTL in seconds (default: 300)
  - `ssl_verify` string, nullable: Set to false to disable SSL verification (e.g., for self-signed certificates)
