`POST /v1/receipts/record`

Records an immutable digest for a caller-asserted action outcome without storing the action or outcome payload. It is not legal or payment proof. Production.

## Request body

  - `operation` 'record' | 'check', required
  - `receipt_id` string
  - `action_fingerprint` string: A lowercase SHA-256 digest, with an optional sha256: prefix.
  - `outcome_digest` string: A lowercase SHA-256 digest, with an optional sha256: prefix.
  - `outcome_status` 'succeeded' | 'failed' | 'partial'

## Response `200`

Receipt record or lookup

## Other responses

- `401`: Paid API key required
- `422`: Invalid operation-specific input
