`POST /v1/contexts/rights`

Manages a digest-bound technical rights envelope and evaluates one declared right without making legal conclusions.

  - `context_digest` string: A lowercase SHA-256 digest, with an optional sha256: prefix.
  - `policy_digest` string: A lowercase SHA-256 digest, with an optional sha256: prefix.
  - `rights` string[]
  - `requested_right` 'read' | 'summarize' | 'derive' | 'redistribute' | 'train' | 'commercial'
  - `expires_in_seconds` integer

## Response `200`

Context-rights state or evaluation

## Other responses

- `401`: Paid API key required
- `422`: Invalid operation-specific input
