# Trash Flow instance

`POST /experimental/flow/instances/{instance_id}/trash`

Trashes a Flow instance. Participants lose access to a trashed instance 30 days after it has finished. Only instances that are not in-progress can be trashed.

## Path parameters

- `instance_id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier of the requested instance.
