Search the web using Startpage, a privacy-focused search engine that provides anonymous search results without tracking users.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required
- `language` 'english' | 'deutsch' | 'french' | 'spanish' | 'italian' | 'portuguese' | 'dutch' | 'russian' | 'chinese' | 'japanese' | 'arabic' | 'all' | 'null', nullable
- `page` integer, nullable
- `safe_search` boolean, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - API key is missing or invalid
- `422`: Validation failed for one or more Startpage Search request parameters.
- `500`
- `503`: The upstream request path was temporarily unavailable or exhausted before Scrappa received a parseable Startpage response. Scrappa received an upstream Startpage response, but the parser could not find known result markers.
