`GET /kwai/video`

The returned id always equals the requested id: a page that substitutes a different video is
retried on a fresh proxy and only becomes a not-found once the retries are exhausted.

- `401`: Unauthorized - API key is missing or invalid
- `404`: Kwai has no public data for this identifier. A not-found is a completed lookup that was not billed. Kwai has no public profile for this handle. A not-found is a completed lookup that was not billed.
- `422`: Kwai rejected the request body as malformed. Retrying will not change the outcome, so the request is sent once and is not billed. A required parameter is missing or malformed.
- `503`: The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly.
