- `401`: Unauthorized - API key is missing or invalid
- `404`: No active Crexi record exists for the id (unknown, inactive, or not an auction for the auction endpoint). Not billable.
- `422`: A parameter is invalid, including a page window beyond what Crexi serves or a filter combination Crexi rejects. Not billable.
- `503`: The service could not obtain a complete result from Crexi. Not billable.
